Recently I have spent time looking through all the books and illustrators who have influenced my memories, illustration style and emotional literacy. I have combined this throughly enjoyable reflection with my experience as a mother, grandmother and YogaKids Facilitator to reflect on ways we bring back time for self discovery into our children's lives and tempt them away from their screens.
I am going to intersperse these posts with short RESET visualisations, meditations and breathing exercises that I have taught, read and written over the 24 years of my yoga teaching experience. These will also be available on Substack.
