CREATIVE BACKGROUND
With a creative background spanning design, landscape architecture, illustration and over twenty five years of teaching yoga, my work is shaped by observation, emotional connection and a strong sense of place.
Early training in landscape architecture refined my understanding of composition, mood and storytelling through pencil, pen and colour wash, while years of teaching deepened my sensitivity to emotion, human connection and the spaces people are currently inhabiting.
Alongside my illustration practice, I’ve worked on international design projects in both the UK, Oslo and San Francisco, developing creative work for clients across design, architecture and retail.
Recent illustration commissions include Guildhall Art Gallery, Community Playthings, Ocean Sole and Ventorros Press, with my nature-inspired cards and stationery stocked in galleries and festivals across Sussex and Kent.
