Welcome to THE RESET newsletter.
I have been a yoga teacher for 25 years and have taught all ages from 3 - 83+ years.
I have decided to lean into combining my experience in yoga and illustration. Starting soon I am going to produce regular newsletters that introduce simple tools, that only take a minute, to help you feel better, physically and mentally. These techniques will be accompanied by illustrations.
They will be easy to follow, fun to do and effective.
