Terms

• Prices are in GBP and all orders are invoiced in GBP.

• Prices exclude VAT. I am not currently registered for VAT.

• First orders are accepted on a pro-forma payment prior to shipping. Thereafter there are strict 30-day payment terms, from the date of invoice.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped or the order placed with my printers.

• I do not operate a sale or return service.

• Please report any discrepancies or damaged-in-transit goods within 7 days of receiving your order.

Minimum Orders & Shipping Costs 

• I have a minimum order of 3 packs of 6 cards.

• I offer free shipping to locations in the UK Mainland for orders of £85 and over.

• Orders under £85 will be charged a shipping fee of £7.50 for UK Tracked 48 delivery.

• Orders shipped outside of the UK will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis dependent on the size of the order and speed of delivery requested.

• Delivery of order will be up to 2 weeks from the time of order. If circumstances beyond my control delay this delivery time, I will contact the buyer as soon as this is known.

• By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Exclusivity

• I do not offer exclusivity but am happy to consider a truly exceptional offer! 

• When approving accounts, I do consider the location of existing stockists and try to make sure there is no conflict with current stockists.
