ABOUT ME

I grew up in Scotland wild, free and with the great outdoors to entertain me. On rainy days it was back to my drawing pad and an endless supply of books from the local library. 

 

I studied Landscape Architecture in Gloucestershire and then worked in the UK and Oslo for a design consultancy before travelling to San Francisco to design a shop and grow up.

 

I live in East Sussex and exchanged my old pen and ink illustrating techniques for a modern pen and ink freehand style on Procreate. This works well for the fast turn around of commissioned illustration as well as giving more flexibility for bespoke commissions and children's book publishing.

 

Outside of illustrating I regularly teach yoga and play padel. Combinations I love: cheese/tea, coffee/chocolate, whisky/water, friends/laughter and family/Scotland.
